We will focus on cleansing and balancing our Solar Plexus Chakra or Manipura in Sanskrit which relates to a strong sense of self-confidence and self-worth, to the feeling of empowerment to take action towards goals and dreams. Our sense of inner strength and resilience, ability to make decisions with ease and trust in oneself and our ability to keep control over our emotions.
